Refund policy

At 3rdEye Wrldwide, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items, including apparel, accessories, and limited-edition collections.


Reasons for This Policy:

1. Limited-Edition Products: Many of our items are produced in small batches, making exchanges or restocking impossible.

2. Hygiene and Quality Control: To maintain the integrity and quality of our products, we cannot accept items that have been opened, worn, or altered.

3. Custom Orders: Certain items are custom-made or produced on demand, making them non-returnable.


Exceptions:

We will replace or issue store credit only in the following cases:

Items are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Incorrect item or size received due to a mistake on our end.


To qualify for a replacement, please contact us within 
7 days of receiving your order at 3rdeyewrldwide@gmail.com. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the item.
